Jeff Miller
Owner/Partner
Jeff has been in the plumbing industry since 1987 and in the Houston market since 1991. He runs the Houston office and his sales responsibilities include the wholesalers, contractors, and engineers in the Houston and surrounding areas.
Wilbert Mathews
Operations Manager and Inside Sales
Wilbert is our inside sales team leader. He began his career in the warehouse in 1991 and has been in sales since 1996. Wilbert works in our Houston office. He also oversees the warehouse activities.
Adrien Jeffery
Inside Sales Specialist
Adrien came to the plumbing industry as a counter salesmen in 1997. He is currently an inside sales specialist for Miller Mays in our Houston office and handles all aspects of customer service.
Carolyn Carpenter
Outside Sales Specialist
Carolyn is an outside sales specialist for Miller Mays. She has been in the plumbing industry for over 20 years. Carolyn calls on contractors, wholesalers, and engineers in the Houston Metro area.
Dave Cropper
Outside Sales Specialist
Dave handles the MEP engineering calls for MMA. He has been in the plumbing industry for 35 years and started his career as a plumbing designer. He is a past president of the Houston ASPE chapter and has served on board of directors for 15 years.
Brian Mays
Sales Specialist
Brian handles mechanical contractor and plumbing wholesaler calls for MMA. He is a 25 year industry veteran and started his career as a commercial plumber. He earned his journeymen’s plumbing license in his early 20s.
Joseph Ramirez
Inside Sales Specialist
Joseph started his career with MMA in 2015. He was intially a warehouseman, but worked his way into inside sales within 4 months. He handles all aspects of inside sales.
Larry Keller
Inside Sales & Product Specialist
Larry Keller passed away on January 19, 2016. He was an industry veteran, working as a manufacturer’s rep since 1972. He handled inside sales for Miller Mays in our Houston office and will always be a member of our Miller Mays family.
Cody Gwosdz
Warehouseman
Cody is 2020 graduate of Sam Houston State University. He is currently training in our warehouse to learn all aspects of the rep business.
Irene Castillo
Administrative Assistant & Social Media Coordinator
Irene has been with Miller Mays since 2019. Irene is the company’s administrative assistant & social media coordinator.
Zach Bukowski
Outside Sales Specialist
Zach is an industry veteran with 10 years of experience. He has worked on the contractor side of the business as well as the manufacturing side.
Zach calls on plumbing contractors, wholesalers and engineers in the Houston metro area.
Zach Boyle
Warehouseman
Zach is a 2019 graduate of University of Houston. He is currently training in our warehouse to learn all aspects of the rep business.
John Harvison
Warehouseman
John started working in the warehouse in the fall of 2023. He is currently training in our warehouse to learn all aspects of the rep business.

Mitchell Mays
Owner/Partner
Mitchell began his career in the plumbing rep industry in 1997. However, he has been around the industry his whole life, as his father is a commercial plumbing contractor. He is based in Austin, TX and covers Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and the Valley for Miller Mays.
Mark Mcalexander
Inside Sales
Mark has worked in the plumbing industry for 18 years, both as a contractor and a estimator. He handles customer service and commercial quotes in our San Antonio office.
